Signage Manufacturing Capabilities
Coordinate drawings, materials, fabrication, finishes, lighting, mounting and packing around an approved custom signage specification.
From Approved Drawing To Finished Sign Components
The process route depends on the product construction. The existing production overview shows examples of cutting, acrylic carving, bending, welding, polishing, painting, finishing, assembly and resin filling.
The sequence shown is an overview, not a fixed route for every order. Materials, fabrication steps, special finishes, lighting components and inspection points must be confirmed for the individual product.
Match Each Process To The Approved Construction
Project documents should define what is being made and how the visible surfaces, lighting and mounting interfaces will be checked.
Drawing & Specification Review
Confirm artwork, dimensions, construction, quantities, tolerances, installation conditions and the revision used for quotation.
Cutting & Component Preparation
Prepare metal, acrylic and other specified components according to the approved shapes, sizes and product structure.
Bending & Fabrication
Form returns, backs, frames and fabricated letter or sign structures to the approved depth and assembly details.
Surface Preparation & Finish
Coordinate polishing, painting, plating or other specified finishes against an approved reference where required.
Lighting & Assembly
Install and connect the specified lighting and internal components for illuminated products before functional checks.
Inspection & Packing
Check the agreed appearance, quantity, labeling and assembly points before protective packing for the selected shipping method.
Check Lighting And Assembly Before Packing
The workshop image shows fabricated metal letters powered on together for illumination testing. For illuminated signage, the agreed checks can include basic function, visible light consistency, wire routing, component count and the relationship between the letter body and mounting interface.
Final LED modules, power supplies, voltage, protection level, certifications, test duration and acceptance criteria are not assumed from the photograph. They must be stated in the quotation, approved drawing or order documents.
